Mr. Covert was nominated to our Board of Directors effective July 11, 2007 and serves as Chairman of our Audit Committee. In October 2007, Mr. Covert was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Silicon Image, a leader in the secure distribution, presentation and storage of high-definition content. From October 2005 to October 2007, Mr. Covert served as Chief Financial Officer of Openwave Systems, a provider of software solutions for the communications and media industries. From December 2003 to September 2005, Mr. Covert served as Chief Financial Officer of Fortinet, a security software company. From July 2001 to October 2003, Mr. Covert served as Chief Financial Officer of Extreme Networks, a network infrastructure equipment provider. Mr. Covert currently serves as a director of JDS Uniphase, a networking equipment manufacturer. Mr. Covert received his B.S. degree from Lake Erie College and his M.B.A. from Cleveland State University. Mr. Covert is a Certified Public Accountant. |
