Harold H. Rumph has been a Director of ReceptoPharm, Inc. (ReceptoPharm) since March 2003. Prior to his election to the board, Mr. Rumph had served as a consultant to ReceptoPharm since August 2002. At that time he was operating a high tech business providing computerized scheduling services to the construction industry. Prior to this, Mr. Rumph was a founder, President, and Director of Biogenix, Inc. Biogenix was involved in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of Patient Monitoring Systems. These products were both in-hospital bedside systems and ambulatory systems. Biogenix was also involved in the research and development of anti viral peptides including clinical trials under FDA-issued IND's. Mr. Rumph received his BS degree from the USNA. |
