Dr. Harrison has served as Corporate Medical Director of Genetic Services for Quest Diagnostics and as overall Medical Director for the biochemical molecular cytogenetic and HLA laboratories of Genetrix Inc. a national genetic services company that was acquired by Genzyme Genetics in 1997. A Clinical Pathologist with subspecialty training in all areas of genetic services and a Ph.D. in biochemical genetics Dr. Harrison is a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists and a member of the American College of Medical Genetics and American Society of Human Genetics. He holds medical licenses in six states (AZ CA IL NJ NV and NY) and laboratory director's licensure in NJ and NY. A former faculty member at the Univ. of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine Dr. Harrison has 80 publications and abstracts and several OMIM/GDB citations for his and collaborators' genetic discoveries. Dr. Harrison currently holds a clinical faculty appointment with the Univ. of Arizona Medical School.
