Mr. Hughes, age 61, has been a non-executive director since January 1987. He is Chief Executive Officer and a director of Rambus, Inc., a chip-semiconductor interface supplier. Previously, he was Chairman of Pandesic LLC, an eCommerce software supplier owned jointly by Intel Corporation and SAP, from 1997 to 2000. Prior to Pandesic, he was employed by Intel Corporation for 23 years, during which time he held a number of positions in financial and operational management. He also serves on the board of Xilinx, Inc. Mr. Hughes is a member of the Audit, Business Development and Compensation Committees.
