Harold A. Wagner has served as chairman (non-executive) of Agere Systems Inc. since 2001. He served as chairman and chief executive officer of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. from 1992 to 2000 and as its chairman, president and chief executive officer from 1992 to 1998.
He is a director of CIGNA Corporation, PACCAR Inc., and Maersk, Inc. Wagner also serves on the business Advisory Council of A.P. Moller, Inc. and the board and executive committee of the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships. He has been a UTC director since 1994. |
