Harmon S. Spolan was elected a director in June 2002. He is a senior partner in the law firm of Cozen O'Connor, P.C., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which he joined in 1999, where he chairs the Financial Services practice group. Prior thereto, he was President, COO, and a director of JeffBanks, Inc., a commercial bank headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from 1977 to 1999, when he retired from the bank.
