Dr. Alla graduated from Osmania Medical College in Hyderbad, India. She completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Prior to joining Southlake Clinic in 2003, Dr. Alla was a cardiovascular fellow at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is experienced in diagnosing and treating various diseases of the heart, valves and blood vessels. Dr. Alla is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Nuclear Cardiology. She performs heart catheterizations, transesophageal echocardiograms, transthorasic echos and stress tests. She also practices nuclear cardiology. Dr. Alla moved to this area with her husband, and their two children. Her interests include reading, listening to music, gardening and traveling
