Mr. Simmons became a director in June 2005 and is a member of our Compensation Committee and our Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. During his tenure at The NASDAQ Stock Market Inc. from February 2001 to June 2003, Mr. Simmons served first as Chief Executive Officer and then as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. From May 1991 to December 2000, Mr. Simmons served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Securities Incorporated. Mr. Simmons is currently the lead director and a member of the Governance and Compensation Committee for Raymond James Financial, a public company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and a director of Geneva Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company listed on the American Stock Exchange.
