As executive vice president, organizational development Hardin Byars is responsible for positioning the company for growth through a facilitated focus on talent acquisition and development that supports Intellinet’s business strategy and passion for helping people succeed. He has more than 25 years of experience in assisting companies achieve success through the optimization of human capital. Mr. Byars supports the company in its commitment to excellence by continuously challenging our high performance teams to achieve bottom-line results through customer focus and personal development. Prior to Intellinet, he served as a vice president for Wells Real Estate Funds, where he was responsible for creating a business channel for fee-based financial advisors. Previous to that position, Mr. Byars founded Innovus Consulting where he coached senior executives on strategic planning and organizational development to drive growth by creating energetic, people-centered cultures responsive to change. His experience also includes positions with Carter & Associates, PathVest Corporation and SAE America. He began his career with First National Bank of Atlanta as an international officer for the Far East region. Mr. Byars earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Georgia. His education also includes post-graduate studies in economics at the University of Georgia. Mr. Byars is an active member of the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF), Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and is a current or past board member of several community and professional organizations. He and his family reside in Lilburn, Georgia where he is active in Young Life, Gwinnett Outreach, Community Bible Study and is an elder at Grace Fellowship Church. |
