Mr. Hao Wu is the vice president of corporate development at CellTrust. As such, he is responsible for business strategy and market research. Wu has more than 18 years of entrepreneurial and international business experience. In the early 90’s, Wu helped co-found PatchLink Corporation, today’s leading patch and vulnerability management company. At PatchLink, he was responsible for the development of the overall business strategy, competitive analysis, market research and product positioning. Wu’s solid understanding of the financial model was instrumental in garnering two rounds of funding for PatchLink. In addition, Wu has worked as a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group where he focused his efforts on formulating business strategy and operational management plans for various companies operating in Asia. Some of Wu’s major consultancy clients include Palm, Sun, VeriSign, Seagram, Herman Miller, SC Johnson, and Vsource. He also has extensive experience in business evaluation, process re-engineering, and capital financing. Wu graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of California, San Diego and holds a master’s degree in business from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. |
