Hannah brings to Defywire over 12 years of experience and passion building cutting-edge technology companies. She has significant experience in product management, operations and finance. Prior to Defywire, Hannah was an Associate at Intersouth Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in technology and life science companies throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. She worked closely with numerous technology and life science companies at various stages from initial funding to successful expansion. Previously, Hannah founded and led Cisco Systems’ first defense and aerospace manufacturing group focused on network security products. Prior to joining the Government Business Unit, she was a program manger in the storage networking business unit, she was vital in managing the product fulfillment to Cisco’s largest partners: EMC, IBM and HP. She previously worked at start-up company Andiamo Systems in Silicon Valley, where she launched new products in the network storage space. Andiamo, a private company, was acquired by Cisco in 2003 for $2.5 billion. Hannah received a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Hannah is a board member of West Point Women and is actively involved the Wounded Warrior Mentorship Program at Walter Reed Hospital. |
