Hannah DeLuca is an associate in the area of Tax and Employee Benefits and ERISA law. Hannah DeLuca has experience in employee benefits and nonprofit law. She works with both public and private entities to establish tax-qualified defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, traditional defined benefit plans, and employee stock ownership plans. In addition, Ms. Deluca advises clients on plan design matters, amending and terminating plans, merger and acquisition issues, and identifying and correcting operational errors.
