President and CEO Hank Leingang is the President, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors.
Hank's reputation in the IT industry as a high impact professional has been fostered by more than twenty years of experience leading major operational and strategic changes in companies by leveraging information technology. With a track record of accomplishments in companies across a variety of industries, Hank possesses a broad perspective in developing action-oriented solutions for IT and business management.
Prior to joining ITM Software, Hank was the President and CEO of ThinkLift, a business and IT strategy consulting firm. Hank founded ThinkLift to bring the CIO perspective to early-stage IT product and service companies. He also delivered IT management, strategy, and executive coaching services to large-scale organizations.
Previously, Hank was the CIO of Bechtel Group, Inc. for five years, where he led the transformation of a fragmented IT environment into a highly coordinated, global service organization delivering products and services to 13 worldwide business units.
Earlier, as the CIO of Viacom, Hank led the project to rebuild the computing environment of Viacom Corporate, Viacom Entertainment, MTV Networks, and Showtime Networks. Following the acquisition of Paramount, Simon & Shuster, and Blockbuster, Hank established the corporate governance required to coordinate appropriate IT activities while continuing to drive IT activities through divisional organizations.
Hank has also held senior IT positions at Triangle Industries and Interpace, and he was part of the New York management consulting practice of Touche Ross.
Since 1996, Hank has served as a member of the Board of Directors of New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, a non-profit, highly regarded specialty hospital. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Contoural, a leading independent consultancy focused on compliance, intelligent data management, and storage strategy.
Hank earned a BS from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville. |
