CAREER: Started career with a 3 year stint at an Accounting firm in San Jose, California. Joined Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, California and over 15 years held progressively higher staff and management positions in Operations Finance, Corporate Finance and Sales and Marketing Finance. Spent 4 months in Hong Kong rebuilding Finance Operations department in 1997. Joined a start-up internet media company as Operations Controller and managed Operations Finance and HR function as company grew from 30 to 140 employees and went public. Joined Lam Research as Director of Corporate Planning in Fremont, California. Directed the corporate planning and management systems for this international semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Extensive travel to Europe, Asia and Japan in the successful implementation of a company wide management and review system.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH: Joined RTR Associates in March 2003 as an executive recruiter specializing in the Homebuilding and Land Development industries. Placements made at all levels of management in the Southeast.

FAMILY: Married to Kristin since 1991 with two elementary school children
