A digital and analog hardware designer with 35 years experience, Hank Mora has provided engineering management and design leadership in the field of Spacecraft and Ground Data Systems. Prior to joining AVUM in 1997, Mora provided data system architecture design and management leadership at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space. His broad range of experiences includes serving as the Engineering Manager for an image processing ground system and a communications ground station. Mora oversaw all aspects of the project throughout the design, fabrication, test, installation and activation stages. As a Design Leader, Mora provided the architecture, design and test of an integrated computer and signal conditioning data system utilizing ATIM bus architectures for the FSAT, SmallSAT and Space Imaging programs. Recently Mora has provided systems engineering and architecture design for the SIRTF program, including fault protection, ascent event software definition, testing the cryostat motor control, and position measurement electronics. Mora is a graduate of San Jose State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He has continued to work towards his Masters of Computer Science at Oregon State University, as well as supplementing his knowledge with courses at Lockheed Martin in computer architecture design, logic design, and project management. |
