E. Halsey Sandford, a director since 1984, previously served as senior executive from 1997-2001 and was executive vice president responsible for new business development from 1992-1997. From 1965-1992, he led the corporate finance function at J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange member firm engaged in the investments and stock brokerage business.
