Dr. Hal Zarem Promoted from the role of VP Sales and Marketing in June 2003, Dr. Hal Zarem has been with Silicon Light Machines since early 2002. Prior to joining Silicon Light Machines, Dr. Zarem held several leadership positions within the sales and marketing organizations at JDS Uniphase - including Vice President of Strategic Marketing. He also served as a general manager at Ortel Corporation (since acquired by Agere Corporation), where he created and managed the company's Wireless Communications Division. Dr. Zarem holds a B.A in physics from the University of California Berkeley, as well as Master's and Doctorate degrees in applied physics from the California Institute of Technology. He has been awarded two patents and published 34 papers. |
