Hal, a veteran banker with more than 30 years of industry experience, has served on Pacific Continental’s executive management team for over 20 years. Prior to his role as Chief Executive Officer, he held the position of President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Hal, a graduate of the School of Banking at Colorado, also attended Cerritos College. An avid bicyclist and outdoor enthusiast, Hal currently serves on the board of directors for The United Way of Lane County and ShelterCare, a Eugene-based low-income housing provider. Hal began his banking career in 1972 with First Interstate Bank in California. Hal joined Pacific Continental Bank in 1985 as operations officer and cashier. |
