Hakan Elmali, Ph.D. was appointed Vice President of Engineering and Research in March 2007. As such, he is responsible for technology strategy development, core research, and product management and development.
Prior to joining Presstek, Dr. Elmali served as Vice President of Engineering at ADE Corporation in Westwood, MA. Previously, he was Director of Engineering at Brooks Automation. He has over 20 years of research and product development experience and brings to Presstek a proven track record of managing engineering projects from concept to production.
Dr. Elmali has a doctorate and a master’s of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut. He received his bachelor’s degree also in mechanical engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey. |
