Haifeng Hong Haifeng is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial group. His practice mainly focuses on the U.S. corporate law matters including corporate formation, employment, director and shareholder liabilities, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investment and transactions, SEC filing, and intellectual property. A native speaker of Mandarin and several Chinese dialects, Haifeng participated in projects involving set-up of foreign enterprises in China, distributorship between the U.S. and Chinese companies, technology export under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and regulatory compliance issues regarding Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
