Hadley S. Roe is a partner in Seward & Kissel's Corporate Finance group. Mr. Roe has practiced law since 1965. Mr. Roe joined Seward & Kissel as a partner in 1992.
Mr. Roe specializes in vessel financing representing both banks and owners, and has over 30 years experience in maritime finance. He is known throughout the international ship finance community for his technical proficiency and depth of knowledge of United States and non-United States ship finance, ship purchases and sales and mortgage and other security enforcement.
Mr. Roe received an A.B. degree from Hamilton College in 1960 and a LL.B degree from the University of Virginia in 1963. He is a member of the New York Bar. |
