Mr. Lorentzen has been a Director of the Company since April 29, 1991 and is the son of Mr. Erling Lorentzen, formerly the Company's Chairman. He is the President of Lorentzen Empreendimentos S.A., as well as Chairman of Companhia de Navegação Norsul.
