Firm Position Bud is the Pittsburgh Office Managing Partner and a partner in our Audit and Accounting Services Group. He is a member of both the firm’s Financial Institution Services Group and the Manufacturing and Distribution Services Group. Professional Experience Bud has more than 27 years of public accounting experience. He serves both privately held and publicly traded audit clients, including clients in the financial institution, insurance and manufacturing industries. Bud has comprehensive experience with complex audit issues and in all aspects of SEC reporting and filings under both the 1933 and 1934 Acts and communications with the SEC. He has worked with mutual to stock conversions of savings and loan associations, initial public offerings, Section 112 of FDICIA, and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. He also has significant expertise in areas of employee benefit plans, mergers and acquisitions, internal audit, regulatory compliance issues, trust auditing and consulting on the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards.
