H. E. "Gene" Sherrill is a Senior Vice President with over thirty years of corporate experience. Recently, he was Corporate Vice President for MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc., an international supplier of silicon and epitaxial wafers to the semiconductor industry. Gene has served as a member of the Board of Directors for a NYSE company and is on the board of several other high technology companies. Gene has earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering plus a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in three states. Gene 's experience includes acquisitions ranging from $10 million to over $100 million and participation in the Initial Public Offering for a major company. He has extensive international experience, particularly in Europe and the Pacific Rim. In addition, he owns positions in a number of private companies. |
