Guy Bureau is responsible for managing and developing the Montreal office, promoting the benefits of relationship marketing and Meetings & Events solutions to Quebec-based clients. For the last 18 years Guy has developed and managed relationship marketing operations in the publishing, insurance, agency and pharmaceutical fields. He is recognized as one of the foremost experts in North America in the direct marketing of financial services. Guy has run or managed dozens of campaigns using direct mail, telemarketing and email to acquire or retain clients. He also has implemented and managed both inbound and outbound call centers. Before joining Carlson Marketing in 2003, Guy served as Vice President, Integrated Financial Services Direct for ING Canada. His more than 25 years of experience includes serving in a variety of executive positions for companies including Telemedia, Desjardins Life and Banque Nationale. A registered chartered accountant, Guy received a bachelor of commerce degree from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Quebec Institute of Chartered Accountants, as well as the Relationship Marketing Association in Quebec. He is also a Board Member of the Quebec Make-A-Wish Foundation. |
