Guy G. Dufresne, Quebec (Canada). Mr. Dufresne is President and CEO of La Compagnie Minière Québec Cartier, a producer of iron ore products. Mr. Dufresne is Chairman of the board of directors of Cambior Inc. and serves on its audit, corporate governance and human resources committees. He is also Chairman of the Conseil du Patronat du Québec and serves as a director of the Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada.
