Mr. Jackson joined as a director on December 15 2003. He recently retired from the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP after 35 years with the firm and one of its predecessors Arthur Young & Company. Mr. Jackson is a member of the New York and Minnesota Societies of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Jackson also serves as a director of Cyberonics Inc. and Digi International Inc.
Mr. Jackson has been a director of the Company since December 2003. In June 2003 Mr. Jackson retired from the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP after 35 years with the firm and one of its predecessors Arthur Young & Company. During his career he served as audit partner for numerous public companies in Ernst & Young’s New York and Minneapolis offices. Mr. Jackson holds a B.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is also a director and member of the audit committee of Cyberonics Inc. Digi International Inc. EpiCept Corporation and Life Time Fitness Inc.
