Gus Tai has an extensive background in engineering, software and business management. He is a general partner with Trinity Ventures, a privately held, professionally managed venture capital firm with over $600 million in committed capital. Before joining Trinity, Tai served as a management consultant in Bain & Company's technology practice. He also worked as an engineering and business development manager at DEC's Alpha Microprocessor Division, and began his career at Goldman Sachs. Tai holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)Sloan School of Management, an MS in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT, and a BA from Harvard University. |
