Mr. Lashley joined the Company in 1993 as Director of Manufacturing. He was promoted to Senior Director, Manufacturing in 1997 and Vice President - Manufacturing, Blood Bank Products in 1999. In July 2002, he was named Vice President - Supply Chain Management. He has 27 years of experience in the diagnostics and pharmaceutical industries, holding positions in manufacturing, package engineering, manufacturing engineering, planning and materials management. Mr. Lashley's previous employment included positions at Richardson-Merrell, Becton Dickinson, Macro-Vue and Xoma Ltd. He received a B.S. in mathematics from East Carolina University. |
