Mr. Abreu has been an alternate member of our board of directors as a nominee of Odebrecht since March 4, 2002. He has been the assistant to the president of Odebrecht since 2002 and an officer of Odeprev Odebrecht Previdência since 1998. Previously, Mr. Abreu occupied several executive positions with Odebrecht beginning in 1986. Mr. Abreu holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Universidade Federal da Bahia. |
