With more than two decades of Laredo banking experience, Guadalupe Garcia offers personal and commercial customers hands on expertise in nearly all areas of Finance. A member of IBC’s international team since 1980, Garcia’s responsibilities have ranged from Executive Secretary to Assistant Cashier, Vice President serving certificate of deposit needs, and most recently, Senior Vice President in IBC’s Foreign Operations Department. Prior to joining IBC, she worked in such areas as consumer lending, trust services and letters of credit.Active in a wide variety of civic and community service, Guadalupe Garcia is treasurer of Border of Laredo Lions Club, Leadership Texas.In addition to Business and Finance studies at Laredo Junior College, Garcia earned Texas Department Insurance License in 1993.Guadalupe O.
