Gretchen joined Coinstar in November 1999 as coin processing product manager and was promoted to vice president of marketing in November 2001. Gretchen leads the team responsible for Coinstar’s advertising, promotion, market research, and public relations work as well as Coinstar’s Coins that Count cause marketing program. Gretchen’s previous experience includes product management at Nabisco and Colgate Palmolive, two of the country’s leading consumer packaged goods companies.
