Gregory Noonan brings nearly 20 years experience as a senior financial executive and consultant specializing in strategic planning, financial management and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, management reporting, branch planning, information technology, organizational design, and operations. A skilled and innovative leader, Greg is particularly adept at aligning teams towards a sound vision and effective plan execution. His experience as a corporate planning and finance executive has led to the creation of results oriented and high performing finance functions in several organizations. Greg’s prior experience includes executive level positions at Regions Financial, Inc. and Union Planters Corporation in Memphis, Tennessee. As Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning, Greg directed the finance staff in all aspects of planning, forecasting, financial analysis, systems development, management reporting, and investor and board relations. Greg also served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning and Mergers with Amcore Financial where he devised and led the strategic planning process. While at Amcore, he directed mergers and acquisitions analysis, due diligence, regulatory approval, and operational integration of completed mergers. His experience also includes creating and leading all aspects of the finance function and providing oversight and evaluation of major technology projects. Greg began his career with Corus Bancorp, Inc. in Chicago where he held the position of Controller and Operations Manager. Greg holds a BS in Finance from Marquette University. He is active in numerous financial services associations and has served on the Board of Directors for several organizations. |
