Greg's areas of expertise include continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), long-term care insurance, and individual life insurance. He performs comprehensive actuarial studies for CCRCs, including population projections, actuarial balance sheet, cash flow projections, and actuarial pricing analysis. Greg is experienced in the design, development, and pricing of residency agreements and has performed mortality and morbidity studies for lifecare communities.In the area of individual life insurance, Greg is experienced in product development and pricing of traditional and flexible life and annuity products. His work also includes cash flow testing, GAAP modeling, and financial projections.Greg chaired the Society of Actuaries' project oversight group for The Analysis of CCRC Data research project and served three years on the Society's Examination Committee for Course G522-CCRC/Long-Term Care. He also served on the board of directors and the program committee of the Nebraska Actuaries Club. Greg served on the ASOP No. 3 Task Force for revision of the CCRC standard of practice. |
