Mr. Ivancic began his career as an accountant with the Buffalo office of PriceWaterhouse Coopers and after becoming a CPA, he pursued a career in corporate law. Mr. Ivancic currently concentrates his practice in the business and financial transactions field with particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships arrangements. He regularly advises clients and handles transactions for a broad spectrum of clients ranging from small closely held businesses to large public and private corporations. Mr. Ivancic has also worked on several transactions involving sports franchises at both the major and minor league levels, including lease negotiations, financing arrangements, acquisitions and divestitures. He has maintained his interest in the accounting field by teaching accounting classes as an adjunct professor at one of the local colleges.
