Mr. Thomas is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. His main area of practice is multi-party complex litigation, specializing in commercial and environmental matters. Greg has substantial experience in insurance coverage litigation, including litigating and counseling on behalf of insurers with respect to environmental claims. Mr. Thomas has litigated complex multi-party insurance coverage claims in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and other jurisdictions throughout the United States. Recently, Greg successfully prosecuted a multi-million dollar complex fidelity insurance coverage claim on behalf of a major bank Mr. Thomas also represents individual, corporate and governmental entities in matters involving employment litigation. In addition, he represents clients in counseling, negotiation and the defense of environmental actions brought by private parties and by federal, state and local regulatory agencies. Greg also represents numerous clients in the defense and prosecution of commercial litigation, toxic torts and product liability and other general liability claims.
