Gregory R. Schaaf Greg is a member of the Tax and Finance Practice Group, and the Bankruptcy and Workout Team Co-Chair. He concentrates his practice on commercial transactions, primarily dealing in commercial reorganizations, including bankruptcies and workouts. Greg has represented large and small debtors, creditors, creditors' committees and lessors/lessees in anticipation of, and after, the filing of bankruptcy petitions
