Mr. Brundage, with over 24 years of investment banking experience, has been involved in the structuring and execution of transactions exceeding $17 billion, consisting of public and private equity and debt, convertible securities and various M&A assignments, in a variety of industries including media, consumer and retail products, healthcare, industrial, and technology. For four years, prior to joining Cypress, Mr. Brundage was a Managing Director and Group Head of Jefferies & Co.'s Media & Entertainment Group which he founded along with a team of media and entertainment bankers. Mr. Brundage was formerly a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department of ING/Furman Sells for five years where he advised and financed clients in the industrial, retail, and media industries. Prior thereto Mr. Brundage was a Managing Director at PaineWebber Inc. for nine years, heading up their west-coast investment banking activity, and at Kidder Peabody for six years. Mr. Brundage also spent 8 years in Corporate Lending at CitiGroup. Mr. Brundage has a BA from Denison University and an MBA from Rutger. |
