Gregory R. Blatt was appointed Executive Vice President General Counsel and Secretary of IAC/InterActiveCorp in March 2005 and serves in IAC's Office of the Chairman. Prior to that Mr. Blatt served as IAC's Senior Vice President General Counsel and Secretary. Previously Mr. Blatt served as Executive Vice President Business Affairs General Counsel and Secretary of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. In this capacity Mr. Blatt oversaw the company's legal and transactional activities including the company's corporate governance its initial public offering many of its various partnership and acquisition initiatives all litigation and its compliance with securities and other laws. Prior to that Mr. Blatt was an associate at Grubman Indursky & Schindler and Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz. Mr. Blatt has a B.A. from Colgate University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. |
