Gregory Reinhart, Vice-President, Generation Human Resources (HR) is responsible for providing HR leadership and processes for TransAlta’s generation technology and production operations.
Mr. Reinhart joined TransAlta in 1999 as Director of Human Resources for independent power projects. He was responsible for developing and delivering effective human resource plans to all independent power projects until 2002 when we assumed his current responsibilities.
Prior to joining TransAlta, Mr. Reinhart spent 20-years in human resources in a variety of industries including energy, education, government and banking.
Mr. Reinhart has a bachelor of arts in psychology from Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
He is a Certified Human Resources Professional and is an executive board member for the Independent Power Human Resources Association. |
