Gregory Jacobson is co-Chief Executive Officer of The Jacobson Group. Since joining the company in 1989, Jacobson has guided the professional and human capital services firm through substantial growth and has assisted in establishing its reputation as the industry’s best resource for talent acquisition services.



In addition to overseeing the organization, Jacobson manages select executive-level search projects for the firm's executive search practice, Jacobson Executive Search. He has consulted companies nationwide in all areas of the life, health, property and casualty insurance communities. He has successfully assisted industry organizations in the talent acquisition of critical senior-level disciplines, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer and Chief Financial Officer.



Jacobson is an active participant in the insurance, healthcare and financial services communities. He contributes to many local, regional and national association events, including those of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters Society (CPCU), International Insurance Society (IIS), National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), and Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI). He is considered an expert on the industry's labor market and has often been called upon to share his perspectives with periodicals, such as the Best’s Review and Reactions. Furthermore, he is a regular member of the industry's speaker circuit on topics such as human capital strategic planning, talent acquisition strategies and the outlook of the insurance, healthcare and financial services talent marketplace.
