Gregory Wong, Managing Director in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group, heads up the Enterprise, Network, and Internet Software corporate finance practice at FBR. Mr. Wong has been a founding member of the TMT practice since 1997 and has over nine years of technology investment banking expertise. During his tenure at FBR, he has completed over 35 initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, buy-side and sell-side merger & acquisition transactions, strategic advisory assignments, and private placements with aggregate transactions totaling $2.3 billion.
Prior to FBR, he served six years as U.S. Navy Officer in the Nuclear Propulsion Program. Mr. Wong has an M.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University and B.S. from the University of Notre Dame. |
