Greg is a partner in the firm with a wide-ranging practice that includes representation of business clients in commercial, products liability, maritime and premises litigation. He also has extensive experience in assisting clients in evaluating current and contingent contractual and tort liabilities arising from mergers and acquisitions, and in identifying assets or operations with potential liabilities. For several years, Greg served as general counsel and secretary to a large Houston-based oil and gas service company, where he gained valuable insights into the client’s perspective of the legal services profession.

Representation of a maritime client in criminal investigation by US Attorneys Office arising from alleged non-compliance with multiple US Coast Guard orders.
Representation of businesses and individuals in multiple litigation matters involving alleged breaches of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and claims for injunctive relief.
Provide counsel to board of directors regarding issues of potential insolvency and related fiduciary duties arising from prospective corporate reorganization.
Representation of a large real estate developer in indemnity action against insurer arising from insurer’s failure to defend underlying litigation matter.
Representation of large and small general contractors and facility owners in various construction-related litigation matters.
National counsel to non-traditional litigation defendant in toxic tort lawsuits and assist in preparing it for current and future litigation.
Provide tort and contract liability assessments to client in anticipation of its acquisition of assets from seller with potential toxic tort liabilities.
