Gregory M. Shaw is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department and is based in London. Greg has extensive experience in capital markets finance, including equity offerings, investment grade and high yield debt offerings and asset-backed securities offerings.
Greg was born in Newark, New Jersey. He joined Cravath in 1980 and became a partner in 1987. Before moving to the Firm’s London office, Greg was head of Cravath’s asset-backed securities group.
