Gregory M. Krzemien is serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Krzemien has been with Mace since 1999. From August 1992 through December 1998 he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Eastern Environmental Services Inc. From October 1988 to August 1992 Mr. Krzemien was a senior audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP and he held other positions with that firm since 1981. Mr. Krzemien earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a certified public accountant. |
