Mr. Miner has over thirty years of investment banking and research experience. Prior to joining Johnson Rice, Mr. Miner worked for eleven years as an investment banker, three years with Morgan Keegan and Company and six years with Howard Weil Labouisse Friedrichs, where he was Director of the Corporate Finance Department. From 1974 to 1981, Mr. Miner was an oilfield service analyst with Howard Weil. Mr. Miner has extensive experience in public and private offerings, valuations, fairness opinions, and merger and acquisitions, with particular expertise in the energy business. Mr. Miner received his BA and MBA from the University of New Orleans. |
