Mr. Driscoll served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Prince Telecom, of New Castle, Delaware, the largest independent cable installation company in the country during 2005 and 2006. He was Managing Director for Legg Mason Wood Walker, Inc., a full service investment bank and brokerage firm, from 1999 through 2002 and was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Gas Works, the largest municipally owned and operated natural gas utility in the U.S., from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Driscoll has also held various other senior positions at companies, including Sun Company, Inc., a Fortune 125 petroleum refiner and marketer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was employed from 1965 to 1997. |
