Gregory J. Tibbitts has served as our director since April 2008. Since July 2004 he has served as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cryocor Inc. a medical technology company. From April 2000 to June 2004 he held various positions including Chief Financial Officer with Elitra Pharmaceuticals Inc. a biotechnology company. From December 1996 to March 2000 Mr. Tibbitts was a senior manager in the audit department of Ernst & Young LLP specializing in the biotechnology medical device and other high technology industries. He also worked with Ernst & Young LLP from September 1989 to April 1993 before joining the mortgage banking division of ITT Financial as their Controller. Mr. Tibbitts received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and an M.B.A. in Finance from San Diego State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. |
