Dr. Gregory Smolin serves as Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvannia. Prior to joining EMP, Dr. Smolin served as both Associate Director and Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Memorial Hospital where he is an attending Emergency Physician. He is a Clinical Instructor in the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Memorial Hospital. He was founder and managing partner of Memorial Emergency Medicine Associates, P.C. He has served as President of the Medical Staff for Memorial Hospital and served six years on their Board of Directors. Dr. Smolin received his Doctor of Osteopathy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate studies at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology. He completed a Rotating Internship and his Emergency Medicine Residency at Memorial Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. Dr. Smolin is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians. He is certified and is an instructor in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support. |
