A passion for the business... driving a long track record of proven success for our company and our customers. In his 14 years in the industry, Greg has poured his energy, creativity and expertise into the development and management of over 18 million sq. ft. of property, playing a key role in making $2.5 billion in transactions become a reality. As REDICO's Chief Investment Officer, Greg is at the forefront of the Executive Team in helping determine and implement the growth of REDICO as a real estate owner and developer. Greg is the textbook example of someone who is successful because they love what they do. In fact, his fascination with "built environments" led him to begin his career as an engineer and architect, before moving to the financial and development side in the mid 1990's. Since then, he has compiled an impressive "highlight reel" of success stories, including the achievement of record occupancies in the downtown Chicago office market, helping develop today's vibrant Miami, FL downtown working with that city's Development Authority, and acting as Lead Project Manager on the $1B redevelopment of Detroit's landmark Renaissance Center into General Motors Global Headquarters. Since 2003, Greg has been one of the primary catalysts in implementing the REDICO Business Plan that has delivered continuous growth and success for the company. Following his personal benchmark to treat all partners and customers with the same level of respect and attention regardless of the size of the project, Greg applies his passion and strong set of experiences to create exciting and progressive projects for REDICO, its customers, and the communities in which we do business. |
